SHIPPING
We ship Australia-wide from Australia.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday). During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery timeframes
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
• Metro areas: approximately 3–7 business days
• Regional/remote areas: delivery may take longer
Delivery timeframes are estimates and can vary due to carrier network conditions and peak periods.
Carrier & tracking
We use Australia Post (or an equivalent local carrier where applicable). Tracking is provided where available.
Shipping fees
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Delays, missing parcels & delivery issues
If your parcel is delayed or you are unable to locate it using the tracking information, please contact us at service@marykateonnewtown.store with your order number. We will assist you by:
• checking shipment details,
• helping you lodge an enquiry with the carrier when needed, and
• providing any supporting information required.
Delivery addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you are shipping to a workplace, please include the company name to help ensure successful delivery.
International shipping
Currently, we ship within Australia only and do not offer international shipping at this time.

RETURNS

Change of mind returns
If you would like to return an item, please email us within 7 days of delivery at service@marykateonnewtown.store with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and with tags attached.
Store credit (no exchanges)
We do not offer exchanges. Approved change of mind returns are issued as store credit for the value of the returned item(s) (excluding original shipping fees). Store credit is valid for 12 months.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of tracked return postage for change of mind returns.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number. We will offer a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
